- 11:45–12:00 Process-level debriefing of paired interviews
- 12:00–12:15 Overview: Conceptual underpinnings of AI (Alan)

Afternoon Key tasks: Small group team building, discovering and mapping the group’s positive core, beginning to make sense of the whole

Tuesday, June 14, 2022 – Day of Dreaming
Morning Key tasks: Reflecting on learnings from previous day, understanding the positive image – positive action relationships for building a bold and creative resilient food system

- 8:30 – 9:00 Welcome, getting started – artistic presentation
- 9:00 – 9:15 Explanation of day of dreaming in food networks
- 9:15–10:00 Dream up two networks
- 10:00–10:15 Break
- 10:20–11:00 Envisioning the future of your resilient food networks
- 11:00–11:30 Elevate your dream
- 11:30 –12:00 Write dream statements in groups (on flip charts)
When finished, email break until lunch
- 12:30 –1:30 Lunch
Afternoon Key tasks: Enacting and enriching the dreams
- 1:30 – 2:00 Preparing creative and bold presentations of the dream
- 2:00 –3:00 Performing creative presentations
- 3:00–3:15 Break
- 3:15 –4:00 Enriching the dreams (tour dream statement flip charts)
- 4:00–4:45 Presentation to culminate dreaming
- 4:45 – 5:00 Review of day and assign homework

Wednesday, June 15, 2022 – Day of Design
Morning Key tasks: Reflecting on dreams from previous day, understanding importance of values-based design, identifying high potential design possibilities, selecting high impact design elements, crafting provocative propositions

- 9:00—10:00 Introduction to Community Capitals
- 10:00–10:15 Break
- 10:15 –11:00 Design possibility mapping (pp. 178–179)
- 11:00– 11:20 Write provocative propositions
- 11:20–12:30 Dream groups convene, compile individual provocative propositions into group propositions, and prepare a presentation of only one proposition
- 12:30–1:45 Lunch and email time combined
Afternoon Key tasks: Enriching, integrating, and building commitment for the provocative propositions
- 1:45–3:30 Small groups present the first draft of provocative propositions
- 3:30–4:00 Small groups incorporate Summit comments into final provocation propositions
- 4:00–4:45 Small groups present final version of provocative propositions, large group gives appreciative feedback
- 4:45–5:00 Introduce Day 4 — Ways/Means for realizing provocative propositions

Thursday, June 16, 2022 – Day of Destiny
Morning Key Tasks: Reflecting on learnings from previous day, understanding the importance of inspired action, formation of innovation teams
- 8:15 AM Shuttles from Hotel to New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum (NMFRM)
- 8:30–9:00 Welcome and Artistic Presentation
- 9:00– 9:30 Overview of self-organizing process, formation of innovation teams, potential funding sources and scopes of projects, some for short-term successes and capacity building toward larger projects, including ERC opportunity
- 9:30–10:45 Innovation teams meet, focus initiatives, select team leaders, create future plans
- 10:45–11:15 Innovation teams presentations
- 11:15–11:45 Plenary dialogue
- 12:00-1:00 Conclusion and lunch
- 1:15 Shuttles depart NMFRM to hotel
